Careers

Join our team

A career in the Care profession is one of the most rewarding you’ll find.

We have earned a reputation for providing the best quality care to our clients – something we are extremely proud of.

We are always looking for exceptional people to join our care teams. We provide comprehensive training to all new staff at our own in-house training academy, so you don’t need to have any previous experience. You will, however, need to share our values and have the right personal qualities.

You can read more about what it's like to work with us below and, if you think you have what it takes, we'd love to hear from you!

Our staff are our biggest asset

Firstly, we really value every single member of staff and the amazing work they all do.  Thanks to them, we have earned a reputation for providing the best care to our clients and we're proud to be leading the way in our approach - providing high quality care with 'the human touch'.

Help us to be the best

As a vital member of our team, we positively encourage you to help us continue to improve delivery of the services we provide.  And, as a team member, you are fully supported by our branch office staff, so there is always someone to contact for support and advice at any time - and a work-base for whenever you want to pop in.

Training and development

We are committed to providing the best training for our staff, because it's essential for you to be totally confident in your ability to deliver the best standards of care possible.  We set up our own in-house training academy to provide professional training programmes which go beyond the minimum industry requirements and are delivered face-to-face in a 'small group' environment.

We offer development opportunities and a genuine career path to senior level and management roles within our organisation.

Our culture

We love what we do, take pride in our work and believe that a career in the care profession is one of the most rewarding you'll find.

We have high standards and expect everyone to give their very best at all times, but we also strongly promote wellbeing in the workplace.  We aim to foster a supportive, fun and productive working environment and we actively encourage collaboration and team working - as well as holding regular social company events.

Our work

We're a family-run business, not part of a chain, with branches across Hampshire.  We support clients with a range of services including: companionship, personal care - help with bathing/washing/dressing, continence care, prompting medication and meal preparation, dementia care, accompanying clients to appointments, shopping trips and social occasions.

We look for people who have a natural talent for caring for others, compassion, patience and understanding.  You'll also need warmth and a positive outlook, a willingness to learn, the ability to remain calm under pressure and be a good team player.
