We also handle our own recruitment, selecting the best local staff who share our values and have a natural talent for caring.
Vetted, experienced and highly trained staff
When joining us, our care staff are fully vetted and DBS checked. They wear identifiable uniforms and ID badges and are qualified and competent in the use of equipment and with medication. As part of their induction, staff attend a rigorous training programme at our own in-house training academy and receive ongoing refresher training at regular intervals, throughout their career with us.
The carers are brilliant and so is the team within the office. Nothing is ever too much trouble.
